 Mar y Suenos apartment hotel has 6 studio apartments (2 on each floor) and a Suite building with 2 suites on each floor.  Apartments  in our vacation rental complex feature private balconies with jungle, pool or ocean views, sitting areas, fully equipped kitchenettes, and a queen-size bed. One studio offers 2 queen beds and can accommodate 4 guests. 

Our KING BED SUITES are housed in a 4 unit building with an ocean view rooftop terrace and plunge pool. Units include: large bath; counter top; sink; coffee maker and refrigerator; small patio sitting area.

 Our rooftop garden terrace features sweeping ocean views, a breakfast cafe (8-11am with competitive prices with other nearby hotels), lounge chairs, tables, chairs and both shaded and sunny areas 

 Ammenities include: pool  and jacuzzi access for apartment/suite guests, sweeping ocean views from our roof top garden terrace, ceiling fans, Air Conditioning; Hair dryer; patio furniture, CABLE TV; WIFI, DVD, room safes, purified water, daily maid service and quality linens. Beach towels and umbrellas available for guest use. Parking on site.
