STUDIO APARTMENTS

 Mar y Suenos  has 6 studio apartments (2 on each floor) and a Suite building with 2 suites on each floor.  Apartments  in our vacation rental complex feature private balconies with jungle, pool or ocean views, sitting areas, fully equipped kitchenettes (coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, stove top and cooking utensils and plates), and a queen-size bed. One studio offers 2 queen beds and can accommodate 4 guests.  Studios have a modern beachy, Mexican blue or red decor theme. We provide 5 gallons of purified water and will stock refrigerators with beer and wine upon request.

 Our rooftop garden terrace features sweeping ocean views, a breakfast cafe (8:30 - 10:30 ) where our daily complementary continental breakfast is served,  lounge chairs, tables, chairs and both shaded and sunny areas . This area is available in the afternoons and evenings for guests to enjoy the incredible ocean views and sunsets.

 Amenities  include: pool  and jacuzzi access for apartment/suite guests, sweeping ocean views from our roof top garden terrace, ceiling fans, Air Conditioning; Hair dryer; patio furniture, CABLE TV; WIFI,  room safes, purified water, daily maid service and quality linens. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available for guest use. Parking on site.
